Our adoption application helps us learn more about your home, lifestyle, and expectations so we can ensure the best possible match for both you and your future companion. We appreciate your time in completing this application and look forward to helping you find the perfect Ragdoll cat kitten for your family.

If you rent, are you allowed pets?*
Does anyone smoke or vape in the home?*
If yes , are you aware of the dangers of smoking or vaping around a kitten and the health risks?*
Do any of the members of your house have allergies to animals?*
Have they been spayed or neutered and are they current on vaccinations?.*
Do you agree to keep the kitten/cat up to date on vaccinations?*
Do you agree the kitten will always remain indoors?*
Do you agree to NEVER declaw the kitten as it is not only inhumane but it is illegal in the state of Massachusetts?*
Do you agree that if you no longer can care for or want the kitten/cat you will return it to Autumns Inspiration Ragdolls and NOT surrender to a shelter?*
Do you agree to have kitten spayed or neutered before 12 months of age?*
